Shipping Policy – Inguz Forged
Effective Date: June 11, 2025

At Inguz Forged, all of our wheels are custom-built to order. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Production Time

All wheels are manufactured on demand. Production timelines may vary based on design, finish, and current order volume. Typical production time ranges from 4 to 10 weeks. We will notify you if lead times change significantly.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship both domestically and internationally using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
  • Shipping included in price when quote is provided, unless you opt in for faster (Air) shipping
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Delivery time depends on your location and carrier service, typically 2–7 business days once the wheels clear customs in your country. (applies to free shipping only)

Shipping Options:

  • Air DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): 10–12 business days, duties and taxes included in shipping price.
  • Air Express (Delivery Duty Unpaid): 3–5 business days, duties and taxes paid by the customer upon arrival.
  • Free Shipping (Delivery Duty Paid) - 20-25 business days, duties and taxes included. This is shipped via Sea Freight

3. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

4. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to you. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue to us at info@inguzforged.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos and your order number.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

5. Signature Requirements

We may require a signature on delivery for high-value orders. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

6. Shipping

  • We offer two upgradable shipping options for orders:
  • Air DDP (10–12 days): Duties and taxes are prepaid and included in the shipping price.
  • Air Express (3–5 days): Duties and taxes are not included; the customer is responsible for all fees upon delivery.
  • Customs processing time may vary and is outside our control.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible before the product ships.
